As a Black-owned, women-owned, and operated business, Sélice Technologies is proud to be in the technology space. My journey began when a majority-owned company took a chance on me while I was working in the affordable housing sector. I noticed that connectivity issues were a recurring problem for many residents.
With the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) ending, I approached Splash Cellular with a vision to continue closing the digital divide. I knew that the people most affected by this gap were those who look like me. Splash Cellular believed in my mission, and together, we are committed to providing access to affordable connectivity.

Along with keeping millions of households connected, we are also providing free telehealth services to all users. This initiative not only bridges the digital divide but also ensures access to affordable healthcare for everyone. By integrating telehealth, we are committed to enhancing the well-being of our communities through both connectivity and accessible medical care.
My motivation stems from the countless stories I’ve heard about the struggles in affordable housing. I realized that not only is affordable housing crucial, but ensuring affordable connectivity is equally important. Our goal is to make both available to those in need, empowering communities and enhancing lives.
I am proud to share that we are a partner of the Horizon Project offering services to homeowners.
